Salad presto

  • 150g mixed greens
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Pinch dried basil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1) Put the greens in a medium salad bowl.

2) In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil and vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the greens and sprinkle dried basil on top.

3) Season with salt and pepper and serve.
