Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7.
Boil the eggs for 8 minutes, drain, and tap the shells to crack them. Run under cold water for a few minutes then peel and quarter them.
Rinse the Fish Pie Mix and stir into the sauce and mix in a bowl.
Layer the fish and egg evenly into the bottom of a pie dish and pour over the sauce.
Cover with mash using a fork to rough up the surface, sprinkle with cheese and its ready for the oven.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
Saucy Chef’s tasty tip: Raw king prawns are a great addition to a fish pie. Serve with minted garden peas or steamed vegetables.
