Sauteed wild mushrooms

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups mixed wild mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme, or 1 teaspoon dried
  • Salt and ground black pepper
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until tender. Stir in thyme and cook for 1 minute to heat through. Season with salt and black pepper.
