Sesame mangetout: low carb

  • 170g mangetout, strings removed
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 5g toasted sesame seeds
1) Toss the mangetout with soy sauce and sesame oil in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover tightly.

2) Microwave at full power until crisp-tender, about 1 1/2 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
