1) In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, 2 cloves of the garlic, the spring onion and pepper; set aside.
2) In a large frying pan, melt the butter over a medium heat. Add the remaining 3 cloves of garlic and the parsley. Add the prawns; cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the prawns are pink and firm. Do not overcook.
3) Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto the French bread rounds. Top each round with one prawn. Garnish with tomato halves and parsley leaves.
