Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan; add the red onion and brown. When the onions have turned glassy, add the carrots and the Herta Snackfurters, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Pour over the Carnation Cook with it! and simmer for approximately 10 minutes, whilst stirring, until thickening and glossy. Add the peas and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta shapes according to the instructions on pack. Strain and mix through the Snackfurter sauce, before serving.
