Serves: 4 litres1) In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the sunflower seeds.
2) Transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine. Follow the ice cream machine manufacturer's instructions for making ice cream.
3) When the ice cream has the consistency of pudding and the machine is no longer churning, stir in the sunflower seeds.
4) Freeze the ice cream until hardened, about 4 hours.
