Spicy Rosemary and Smoked Paprika Nuts

  • 500g mixed or your favourite type of nuts
  • Olive oil to coat
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp hot smoked paprika

Heat oven to 180°C.

Place nuts in an ovenproof dish and coat with olive oil. Add rosemary and smoked paprika. Ensure the nuts are coated well and cook for ten minutes.

Serve hot, warm or cold.
