Combine flour, cold butter, granulated sugar, and two eggs to make a cookie dough.
Roll out flat.
Using star-shaped cookie cutters, make as many stars as possible from the dough. Cut another star out of the centre.
Line up the stars on opposite sides of a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
Insert stiff lollipop sticks into the base of each star.
Fill the centre of each with crushed hard candies.
Bake at 300F/150C for 25 minutes.
When baked, dust with edible silver lustre.
