Strawberry margarita

  • 500ml crushed ice
  • 120ml strawberry puree (frozen, tinned or fresh strawberries, pureed)
  • 240ml tequila
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Splash Triple Sec
  • Splash simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves, then cooled)
1) Combine the ice, strawberry puree, tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec and simple syrup in a blender. Puree until smooth.

2) Divide between four rocks glasses and serve.
