Strawberry-basil yoghurt cooler - lassi
Ingredients
- 115g (2 percent) Greek-style yoghurt
- 2 tbsps sugar, or to taste
- 60-115ml water
- Pinch salt
- 450g strawberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
- 2-3 leaves fresh basil, plus more for garnish
- Generous pinch freshly ground black pepper

How to make Strawberry-basil yoghurt cooler - lassi
Whizz all of the ingredients together in blender. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with small basil leaves.
