Ingredients

  • 115g (2 percent) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 tbsps sugar, or to taste
  • 60-115ml water
  • Pinch salt
  • 450g strawberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 2-3 leaves fresh basil, plus more for garnish
  • Generous pinch freshly ground black pepper

Whizz all of the ingredients together in blender. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with small basil leaves.
