Summer Glory Fizz

  • 30ml CÎROC® vodka
  • 10ml Lemon-Infused Vsop Cognac*
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 12.5ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 dash Absinthe
  • 15ml sparkling white wine

Shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute glass. Add the sparkling wine and swizzle gently.

Garnish with a lemon zest spiral and a split grape.

*To make the lemon infusion zest, get two high-quality lemons and set aside in the cognac for two to three days.
