Ingredients

  • 50g ice
  • 2 tbsp tinned whole cranberries
  • 5g mint leaves
  • 90ml white cranberry juice
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 90ml vodka
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 tsp green-coloured sugar (baking section of grocery store)

Method

How to make T-bird blush

1) Put the ice in a mixing glass, add the cranberries and mint and muddle. Add in the cranberry juice, lime juice and vodka, and shake vigorously 10 times.

2) Rub the rim of a martini glass with the lime wedge and then dip in green sugar. Strain the drink mixture into the glass, garnish with the lime wedge and serve.
