How to make Tabbouleh

  • Soak wheat in cold water for a couple of hours.
  • Drain and rinse well.with cold water.
  • Dry thoroughly. I use paper towels to pat as dry as possible.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Refrigerate until required.
