Method
How to make Tahini Chews
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Combine tahini and honey in a medium bowl and stir until combined. Add the cinnamon and oats to the mixture and stir until incorporated. Add the nuts, raisins, and chips to the dough and stir until combined.
- Drop dough by the rounded teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet. Bake until edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
