Begin by melting the dark chocolate by breaking it into a bowl and placing it over a pan of simmering water. Add the chilli, cinnamon and cayenne and allow the flavours to infuse into the chocolate as it melts.
Heat the cream gently and add the tequila and add to the melted chocolate. Make sure the cream is warm when you add it to avoid the chocolate seizing.
Pour the warm chocolate dipping sauce into a small bowl, place onto a plate and arrange the mixed fruit and marshmallows around it. Dip the fruit and marshmallows into the chocolate immediately. Enjoy.
