Ingredients

  • 480ml water
  • 6 black tea bags
  • 2 pieces orange peel
  • 4 star anise
  • 4 whole cardamom
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk

Method

How to make Thai iced tea

1) Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce the heat and place all of the ingredients into the pan to infuse for about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool.

2) Fill four glasses with ice. Fill to two-thirds full with tea, then top up with the sweetened condensed milk. Mix well.

Serve and enjoy.
