  • Ice
  • 30ml Limoncello
  • 30ml vodka
  • 30ml Cointreau
  • 1 bottle chilled Prosecco
  • Dash of grenadine for colour

  • For the garnish:

  • Maraschino cherries

Method

How to make The lover cocktail: Valentine's special

1) Fill a shaker with ice, pour in the Limoncello, vodka and Cointreau and shake for 20 seconds.

2) Pour this medley into two tall fluted glasses. Fill the rest of each glass with Prosecco. Add a touch of grenadine, stir gently. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
