Tomato salsa

  • 4 plum tomatoes, cored, seeded and cut into large chunks
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded and sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
1) Put tomato, pepper, lime juice, and olive oil in a blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
