Tuna Pasta Salad

  • 4oz raw pasta
  • 1/2 red, green, and yellow pepper
  • 1 oz chopped parsley
  • 1 x 185g tin of tuna
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Tabasco® Brand Sauce either Tabasco® Brand Jalapeño Sauce for a mild taste or Tabasco® Brand Red Pepper Sauce for a spicy kick

Cook past for 5 minutes in salted boiling water and cool under cold water.

Dice the peppers.

Combine mayonnaise and your chosen Tabasco® Sauce with chopped parsley.

Drain the oil from the tuna and mix with the sauce and the pasta before serving.
