- 250g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Pinch of sugar
- 1 shop-bought bag shredded coleslaw mix (containing red and green cabbage and carrots)
1) In a large bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients.
2) Add the shredded coleslaw mix and toss until combined.
