  • 45ml bourbon
  • 30ml ruby port, the sweeter the better
  • 30ml Kahlua
  • 45ml double cream

  • For the garnish:

  • Ground nutmeg

Method

How to make Valentino's Delight Cocktail

1) Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the liquids and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into two large chilled martini glasses.

2) Garnish with a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.
