Vampire cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 30ml triple sec
- 15ml white creme de cacao
- Drizzle of grenadine
Method
How to make Vampire cocktail
1) This dessert – a worthy combination of vanilla ice cream, tripe sec and white crème de cacao – is deliciously disgusting, thanks to drizzles of blood-red grenadine down the sides of the glass.
2) Blend all ingredients except the grenadine until smooth. Pour into stemmed cocktail glasses. Drizzle grenadine over the top.
