Warm sesame coleslaw salad
Ingredients
- 2 tbsps vegetable, peanut or rapeseed oil
- 1 small head red cabbage, shredded
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsps rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsps honey
- 3 tbsps toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Method
How to make Warm sesame coleslaw salad
Heat the oil in large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the cabbage for 5 minutes then season with salt and pepper, to taste, and add the vinegar, honey, sesame seeds and oil.
Serve warm.
