White peach-silver tequila cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 ripe white peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 60ml silver tequila
- 60ml peach liqueur (recommended: Creme de Peche)
- 60ml lime juice
- 2 tbsp sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- Sliced peaches, for garnish
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
Method
How to make White peach-silver tequila cocktail
1) Place the peaches in a food processor and process until smooth. Pass through a mesh sieve into a bowl.
2) Combine the peach puree, tequila, liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice in rocks glasses. Garnish with a slice of peach and mint sprigs.
