Ingredients

  • 375g lemon sorbet (depending on how slushy you desire)
  • 30ml Cahaca
  • 75ml Prosecco
  • For the garnish:

  • 1 fresh mint leaf

Method

How to make White sand cocktail

1) Add the lemon sorbet to a tall chilled fluted glass and pour in the Cachaca and Prosecco.

2) Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint.
