Wicked chica punch
Ingredients
- 460g strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 470ml brandy
- 200g caster sugar
- 1 bottle (750ml) chilled light white wine
- 1 bottle (750ml) chilled Champagne
- 1L chilled club soda or seltzer
Method
How to make Wicked chica punch
1) Put strawberries in a resealable plastic bag.
2) In a bowl mix together the brandy and sugar, pour mixture into bag with strawberries, close the bag, and refrigerate overnight.
3) Pour the Champagne, white wine and seltzer into a punch bowl, stir. In a glass place a few strawberries. Ladle over punch and serve.
