  • 4 grapefruit wedges
  • 4 orange wedges
  • 4 lemon wedges
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 90ml vodka
  • 60ml Campari
  • Ice
  • Citrus peel, for garnish

Method

How to make Wise-guy cocktail

1) Place all the wedges of grapefruit, lemon and orange in a cocktail shaker. Add 2 tbsp of sugar and muddle all the ingredients together. Add the vodka and Campari.

2) Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, cover with the top and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into martini glasses and garnish with a twist of citrus peel.
